The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

We loved the villa, it was very clean and comfortable only a few smaller issues. First there were not any hangers in the closets (we bought several and left them) also the only spices were salt and pepper we thought there would be a bit more stocked (again we bought several and left them). The biggest issue was the TV not able to get live TV programs. Also waiting several refunds that are owed us.

Clean and Comfy
The 19th Hole was a great house for us. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and everything that we needed was there. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The patio out back was great and we enjoyed ending our day out there. You could see the stars so well out there. Our in laws live in The Villages so we would definitely consider renting this house again when we come for a visit.
We decided to check out The Villages since our kids will be off to college in few years.
The villa is newer or updated and very clean. The size and layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The neighborhood is nice and a short golf cart ride to Sumpter Square for dinner, Starbucks, music, groceries and light shopping (few boutiques and gift shops). We really enjoyed the size and location of this property.
The property could use pool towels; small cooler that’s not on golf cart; cards/games/puzzels/etc; yard games/pickleball paddles, etc. to make it an exceptional property for short term renters.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
The house was very nice but a little bit cold at times. There didn't seem to be a way to turn off the air conditioner at night. The back yard patio was set up nice but there were an abundance of weeds in the landscape areas.We would have expected that the outside would be groomed as nice as the inside. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Stay at 19th hole
The location was very good and the property was very nice. This was a new rental so we want to leave some feedback with some minor opportunities for improvement. There was no information for connecting to WiFi. Update your book to include WiFi name and password. Leave some maps of the area (we left some for next tennant). A map of golf cart trails should be left or instructions on obtaining the app. The dining table on the patio should be replaced. It is so rusted no one would want to eat off it and it wobbles.
