Our Villa has everything you need in your home away from home. A warm and inviting home with a neutral color palette, volume ceilings and a spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space. The lanai is tucked behind the garages offering the most private spot for your morning coffee or afternoon nap. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. Guest room, located on the opposite side of the home, has a built-in, queen size Murphy bed providing a dual-purpose space. Indoor laundry room. Smart/Roku TVs in living room (65") and both bedrooms. All bed linens and towels included, plus a Bluetooth speaker, games/puzzles, 2 sets of golf clubs, bag chairs and quality pickleball paddles for use while renting.
