No kidding, this place looks like a modern Coastal Living photoshoot, with huge windows, sunrise view of the harbor from two porches, and every luxury. Linens, dishes,
and furniture were all gorgeous, with simple lines. Two king suites upstairs fit our family (the downstairs couch pulls out to a queen bed if you need another spot for someone to sleep), and our kids loved the private heated plunge pool. I spent hours on the decks overlooking the private back yard (fenced), with the sound of palm fronds everywhere. Tucked down a little dead-end street, there is no traffic at the house, but mini-golf is across the main drag one block away. Walk two minutes east to a kayak put-in, two minutes west to an artisanal butcher shop and upscale market. We walked to dinner at the Conch House (ask for a tiki hut to dine over the water!). Anastasia State Park is a couple minute's drive south, and we spent a whole day there, with lunch at the park shop (fish and chips for the adults, grilled cheese for kids, sodas, seltzers, and beer available). Everything you need, nothing you don't, in a clutter-free beautiful setting that makes relaxing so easy.
