The beach and iconic Palm Beach attractions, landmarks, and cultural centers are only three miles away.

The studio is outfitted with Saltillo floors and updated furnishings, including a beautifully renovated bathroom. Additional perks include a smart TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a work-from-home setup, along with ceiling fans and a mounted mini-split air-conditioner.

The tropical outdoor area (shared with the main home and upstairs apartment) offers a pleasant setting complete with a gas grill.
