very nice quiet neighborhood out of the city limits !! 7 miles away from Walmart H-E-B and Sam’s great location. Great to bring your whole family and enjoy a West Texas sunset from the back porch( pellet grill included) perfect to bring your pets. There’s an acre fenced in backyard ….,,,,,,,big spacious home.

Meeting in the middle between San Antonio and Lubbock

We enjoyed the location, and the property was a perfect fit for the four of us. We took advantage of the well-appointed kitchen and grill. We'll be back!

Great accommodations at the Cotton Patch

This house was so comfortable and spacious enough for us to move around in. The moment we walked into the house, it was clean, it smelled terrific and had most everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host had coffee, filters, utensils,, pots and pans, towels and even a small selection of snacks and non-alcohol beverages to try. The king size beds were so comfortable and allowed for a good night's rest. The neighborhood was walkable and within a quick 6 mile drive into town for all the creature comforts needed. I would highly recommend this immaculate and well kept home to say in any time we traveled to San Angelo. Thank you to the hostess for all the fine details in this VRRBO rental. We appreciate it.

Wonderful property

Absolutely beautiful & spacious home. Everything was clean, well organized, had a lot of amenities and was very inviting & comfortable. My elderly parents were able to get around easily and the recliner was perfect for my father who has back issues. The property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Highly recommend this property!!

Great place

Loved the house and location. The only thing missing is a table and chairs to eat at or sit and play cards. Perhaps some bar stools or something to allow guests to sit some where to eat?
