Perched on the tranquil shores of Canyon Lake, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat beckons for gatherings of up to 12 guests. Step into this inviting and spacious abode, seamlessly blending classic design with modern amenities. Crimson Cove invites you to experience an open living space that radiates warmth and authenticity. Relax in the comfortable living room, where a generously-sized flat screen TV invites cozy movie nights with family and friends.

When it's time to unwind, the first bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each provide two queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fourth bedroom is a fun-filled haven with bunk beds, a pool/ping pong table, a big-screen TV, and PAC-MAN for endless entertainment. The second shared bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower combo.

Yet, it's the outdoor allure that truly defines Crimson Cove. The deck presents an enchanting backdrop of the cove's vistas, an ideal setting for tranquil mornings and captivating sunsets. Water enthusiasts can take full advantage of direct access, embarking on aquatic adventures from leisurely boat rides to invigorating water sports.

**Please note that the walk from the back of the home to the lake (and back!) can be challenging for some guests. The pavillion is property of the neighbors, and not available with this rental.**

Check out the music calendar at Whitewater Amphitheater, only 13 miles away, and rock out at a concert! A day of tubing, kayaking, and rafting on the Guadalupe River is always fun, too. Explore New Braunfels and Gruene, 20 miles away, and enjoy fabulous restaurants and live music! Families and children will especially love Schlitterbahn Water Park and Landa Park.

The worst property and "Owner" I have ever rented.

I'm not one for making bad reviews, but for this one I have too. If I can help another family from making a big mistake, it is worth my time. First off I can not understand how this property has 5 star rating, it must be rigged. We checked in to this place to a welcoming smell of rotten food and mold. After looking around we found rotten food in the disposal. The mold smell, well that was from the guess bedroom/game room. the AC on the wall was leaking and had been for some time (weeks I'm guessing) but don't worry they put towels on the floor to help lol. there was water all over the room floor. The house could not have been cleaned as there was ping pong balls, chips and other food on the floor and in under the beds. There was dust on the bathroom cabinets and the kitchen ones too. there was mold on the guess shower curtain as well. when reaching out to the owners (BTW not a person a property management company) Vacay Hill County, they are out of office after 5 and not in on weekends, also have lunch break from 12 to 1 pm. there was no call back. after the stay I tried addressing this with the property owners they told me I had no proof, even after sending pictures. they said I should have addressed it during my stay. So I reiterated the above about their time of operations, no response. We paid over $3k for a 3 night stay, I wouldn't stay here if they paid me too.
