The Ocean Pearl on 18th is a new construction Luxury Townhome with Heated Pool & Beach Access that accommodates 12 guests. There are 4 stories including 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The 4th floor has a private bonus room that is set up with two twin pullouts and a TV. Access to the 4th floor sundeck, where you can catch the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. The main floor living is spacious, open and provides room for all the friends and family to gather. The kitchen is set up with top of the line appliances and will make entertaining very enjoyable. Each bedroom has their own TV. Location of this townhome is so appealing! Walking distance to some very nice restaurants and of course the beach access is steps away. Pack up your beach wagon with the chairs and cooler and get ready to sink your toes into the sands of Indian Rocks Beach. There are pool loungers and a dining table by the pool along with a grill. Everything you might need is at the Pearl! Make memories and make it your return destination year after year.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking: You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property. Use of the garage is allowed.

​​​​​​​Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

​​​​​​​The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
