Having personally resided in the area for over a year, I can attest that it's one of the most welcoming places I've had the pleasure of calling home. Your half-acre backyard is ideal for naturalistic connection, or a safe haven for pets to freely roam.
----->You'll enjoy full access to Unit B of the duplex. Its yard space and patio is shared with occupants of Unit A.
----->Long length of stays are welcomed and encouraged! A rental agreement will need to be signed for stays over 30 days.

---->Note: the duplex's adjacent unit, Unit A, may be occupied by the property owner or other short term rental guests during your stay. Unbelievably great mattresses! Great Host! Nice decor and seating. When sleeping in the master suite you could not hear anything in the other rooms.... ah sweet dreams!

This was the perfect place for me and my spouse along with our 2 cats. Plenty of room. 2 desks for working made it convenient . Plenty of bedding, towels, tvs and soaps. Was a home away from home.

Even before I pulled into the driveway of this duplex, I knew it was a winner. Its connecting street is filled with winding live oak trees and lush Spanish moss. These pieces of nature connect with the morning sunlight to create a dazzle of light rays across the street. This is a breathtaking sight in itself, no matter where you're headed. Driving to the house, you can practically smell the Moon River.
I have personally rode my bike over to Skidaway Island State Park to experience its miles of winding bike trails. Living just a couple miles from the island makes this possible. Enjoy the country's peacefulness while just being a skip away from the city's lavish history!
