Perfectly situated in Pacific Beach on a quiet street with easy access to the beach, bay, and freeways. Hop on our beach cruisers or an electric scooter to find tons of great bars/restaurants in minutes. Walk up to Kate Sessions park, which we can see from our balcony. We are also just a short drive to other amazing beaches like Windansea, Mission, and La Jolla Shores.

My condo is just 1.6 miles (10 mins by bike) from the ocean, 0.9 miles (5 mins by bike) from the San Diego Bay, 0.7 miles (6 mins by bike) from Kate Sessions park and 1.5 miles (5 mins by car) from the I-5 Freeway! Free garage parking as well as 2 beach cruiser bikes are provided.
