The Space:
The house has so many amenities for your enjoyment. Relax on the front or back porches or inside by the fireplace. Step into the garage and stir up some friendly competition with a ping pong or foosball tournament.

The home is equipped with a newly-installed Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger. Should you wish to utilize the charger during your stay, please reach out to us in advance of your check-in date so that we may share helpful "how to" videos before your arrival. Please note that your experience with the charger may vary depending on the make/model of your vehicle and we will not be held responsible if you are unable to use it as expected.

Guest Access:
Our rental is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The Neighborhood:
Loop driveway, ponds, and a bridge separate you from the road. Feel secluded by a stream and among the trees despite having quick access to all of the wonders nearby. Short drives to parks, hiking, breweries, golf, and other great mountain towns without worry of treacherous terrain or a location that’s difficult to reach.

You’re in nature - so be aware of your surroundings! We love to play by the stream and explore behind the home, but snakes may be in the area, so explore carefully. Additionally, ( though we have not seen any to this point) bears are known to inhabit this area of NC.

We allow one pet per reservation with a $100 pet fee. Consideration for multiple pets will be given with additional fees. Please indicate your pet’s breed and size when inquiring.
