There is no parking for a boat trailer on the property, Cape Coral offers businesses that will rent you space for your trailer. Two bedroom, Two bath recently renovated condo. Heated Pool on site and screened in lanai to watch the boat traffic and dolphins play. Walking distance to food, bars, shopping and nightlife. Can sleep up to 8 (sofa beds)
