As one of the largest vacation properties in the St George area you and your group will have plenty of space to stretch out, relax and truly vacation. Our home has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A spacious, well equipped kitchen and large indoor and outdoor dining areas make eating together simple. 7 bedrooms and a-joining 2 bedroom guest house makes quiet time with your large group truly quiet.

There are plenty of tv’s, included wifi, open living areas as well as a private multi level pool and hot tub larger than most nearby hotels. With so much to do close by this vacation home will not disappoint: shopping, fine dining, a show at the Tuacahn, hiking in Snow Canyon, Zions National Park, mountain biking the famous Zen Trail, ATV rides, boating at Sand Hollow Reservoir and golf at one of the many nearby courses, there is something for everyone.

Great Family Thanksgiving

This house was a great location for our extended family Thanksgiving. Lots of bedrooms to accommodate grandkids. Convenient, quiet location. Even a well equipped kitchen to make thanksgiving dinner.

Great house for a family getaway!

The pool and hot tub were amazing! Adults and kids all enjoyed the pool. Communication was great, checkin was simple. The bathroom mirror was broken in the casita but we managed just fine. Overall we loved the vacation in this house!

Family Get Together

This is our second time staying here. We love staying at this house there is space to spread out and space to be together. It is the perfect vacation rental for families. This is the favorite vacation of all of our adults and teens because of the pool and the space in the house. Everyone wants this to be an annual tradition. The host are great and very responsive and easy to communicate with. Love it!

A splash!

The house and pool were awesome. Fun that it came with so many pool toys! The pool is very deep on one side, which was fun for jumping in. Fun little wade pool area for littles. Only one DVD player in the house, which was a bummer. Plenty of room, we had a great stay!

Family Reunion was a hit at this great home!

Our family had such a great time at this rental home. The swimming pool was our favorite place to be. It was large enough for our family of 24 people of various ages. It was clean and ready to use as soon as we arrived. There was a binder of instructions on how to maintain the cleanliness and care of the pool and spa tub which was not difficult to follow. The yards and home were cared for and clean. There were even pool chairs and pool accessories for the kids to play with. The amenities included in this home were perfect for our stay. We had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a large kitchen area to support our family. Our family theme was, "Reunited and it feels so good". This beautiful home made it all possible! Thank you so much!

FANTASTIC POOL RESORT HOME!

What a perfect vacation rental for our family! We were a party of 15 (8 adults, 1 teenager and 6 children). The home is expansive, well-appointed and provides all the comforts travelers at this price point have come to expect. The owners were helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. The beds were comfy; nice linens, pillows and plenty of blankets are provided. The well-equipped kitchen has a snack bar and two dining tables for meals together. The kids loved the upstairs lounge with a big screen TV and multiple couches. The office was their "tech cafe" and where the Kid's Club convened every night after swimming. The pool is exceptional; gated, large, clean, and it felt like a resort. The hot tub was utilized every night and there were enough chairs and lounges for everyone. (We brought a couple of canopies which gave us additional shade during the hottest hours of the day). The covered back patio was fantastic for outdoor dining and grilling. The 2-bedroom/1 bath Casita was quiet and gave the older adults some separation from kid chaos...fantastic. The location was one of the BEST features as the house is in such a upscale, quiet neighborhood while close to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, fast food, gas, snacks, etc. are all within 5 minutes. We plan a pool vacation every summer and this one was one of the best EVER! This was a top-shelf experience. My grandkids are already asking when we are going to return! BRAVO!

Perfect vacation spot- home away from home

We loved the home! Plenty of bedrooms for our big family and large kitchen area for family dinners. Fun pool, hottub and trampoline. Close to trails, state parks, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood away from the city. Close to parks, activities and restaurants.

Excellent space for a family gathering!

This was a great place to get away and visit with family. The pool was a welcome and relaxing area, and the neighborhood was very nice. The master suite was terrific and it was fantastic that every couple in our group could have their own room! The property manager was quick to respond and very friendly.

Great Place

This home was wonderful! We had plenty of beds and space for all of our family. The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard is an oasis! The pool was amazing and we didn’t want to leave. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We would definitely stay her again.

Huge home with plenty of space! Our family enjoyed this place so much.

Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to many stores and fun activities. Plenty of beds, linens, blankets full kitchen with everything you need to cook! The spa was wonderful on the chilly winter days and evenings.

Great for Thanksgiving

Our family stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and the house worked perfectly for us. We had 12 kids under 9 and 12 adults and loved it. We did bring our own folding tables because the dining room tables are 2 different heights and didn't suit our needs as well.

Best vacation house ever!

We’ve stayed at several vacation homes but this one was far and away the best. The big swimming pool was clean and big and the deck around it was perfect for enjoying the pool. The covered patio was wonderful and the whole yard was beautiful and peaceful. The house was stocked with every single item we needed to cook with. It was spacious and clean and our family of 21 had plenty of room to sleep and spread out. The communication with the managers was instant and extremely helpful. Just a perfect vacation.

Great property with Some serious disapointments.

The swiming pool is the major selling point. Unfortunately it had problems while were there. Some maintainance issues, pool and house. I will give specifics to the owner. We love the property for our family reunion. I will look at it again for the sam purpose. The picture of the pool is at it's newest, so the on line listing is slightly biased.

Very nice for our four families.

A very nice large home that has been set up for sleeping up to 22 individuals. We had to learn a few tricks of the facilities, but we did that without too much trouble. Example: the upstairs rooms get very warm and it apears the thermostat in the attached rooms also adjusts some air to the upstairs of the main house. The house was well furnished and clean. Our families enjoyed eatting and swiming together. The neighbors were very nice and the area is quiet and accessable. We have scheduled to return next year again with our families.

Wonderful home!

We had a family reunion here and had a wonderful time. The pool was fantastic. We appreciated the kitchen tools and linens. The casita provided privacy for some family members. We did have a bit of a situation the first night when we found out the AC had gone out in part of the house in July, but they quickly got someone in to replace it and gave us a discount. Overall it was perfect for our family to spend time together. Thank you.

Beautiful, spacious, and family friendly home!

We had a great time during our stay in St.George thanks to the wonderful accommodations. The house was large and spacious, with a large kitchen, indoor, and outdoor eating areas. The pool of course was a huge hit, especially with the adjoining hot tub and waterfall feature. The completely fenced pool offered extra security and peace of mind since there were several young children in our group. The home was clean and well kept. We highly recommend this home!

Awsome vacation house!

This is where we spent Thanksgiving with all our family! We had so much fun and plenty of space. The pool is amazing, the kids spent most of the day swimming. The home is gorgeous and in a great location. We recommend this spot to all of our friends and family and can't wait until we can spend another vacation there.

This neighborhood was our first choice and we were extremely lucky to find our perfect home in our dream location. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

What makes this property unique

We absolutely love the privacy of the back yard and pool/play area. Walking out the front door you realize you're in a lovely safe neighborhood . We love the mix of privacy and availability to all of the entertainment we love!
