The property is on the 1st floor level of a duplex Property in area with restaurants and bar within walking distance. We do not rent to locals living within 75 mile. Bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable Beautyrest mattress.
The rental is in a quiet neighborhood. You will escape the loud noises of the tourist areas to sleep in peace and comfort. You will still be close to the action. The famous New Orleans Trolley is only 1.5 mile on the same street. You can park and ride the trolley to all the tourist areas. The rental is located 4 Miles from French Quarters and Superdome, 5 miles from New Orleans Convention Center, Uber/Lyft cost on average is $12-15 to French Quarters/downtown. Mass transit bus stop within 20 yards. Shopping mall with Macy’s/Dillard's anchor stores 4.5 miles. Grocery Store 1/4 mile. In the end of your day you can relax only a mile away on the 630 sq mile Lake Pontchartrain. Lakefront.
