Step into a newly remodeled stylish space with room to spread out. The deck has plenty of seating, a gas grill, a hot tub with views, and steps down to the fire pit with additional seating. Inside sleeps 10 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The game room is just off the laundry room with entertainment for all.

The primary bedroom and en suite bathroom includes a king sized bed and a twin day bed with twin trundle. Two cozy rocker/swivel chairs are nestled in the corner for a great reading spot. The spacious en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double vanity with storage, closet space, and a private toilet room.

The middle bedroom is great for kids and adults alike with two sets of sturdy twin-over-twin bunk beds for a sleeping total of 4.

The 3rd bedroom also has a king sized bed and closet for storage.

All three bedrooms have extra blankets and an abundance of pillows for your comfort.

The common areas are open, great for gathering with your friends and family. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans, sharp knives, coffee pot (drip & Keurig), water kettle, toaster, blender, etc. The kitchen overlooks the dining area where there is a round table with 6 chairs and an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room is just beyond the dining area.

The gameroom is off the laundry room and includes a pool table, darts, a large smart TV, seating, a mini fridge, and wall-mounted Connect 4. There are speakers mounted in the gameroom so you can play all your favorite tunes. Cornhole boards are hung on the house just outside the game room for some friendly competition outside.

On the deck there is plenty of seating, a gas grill (propane included), a propane heater (propane not provided for heater) for those colder nights, and a hot tub with views. Off the deck is another seating area around an in-ground fire-pit. A couple of speakers are mounted to the house for your favorite tunes.
