This home is nestled within the friendly and convenient neighborhood of North El Monte, just 25 minutes from downtown LA, 19 minutes from Pasadena, 30 minutes from Disneyland, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. The area surrounding this home has numerous restaurants and grocery stores.
The space
This residence is a newly renovated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom home available to our guests. It offers a spacious living room, central AC and heating, fully-equipped kitchen, and a supplied laundry room. In addition the home has a private backyard and vast front yard.
Our guests may use all the amenities. the home also includes shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, clothes iron and microwave.
The property has free street parking.
Other things to note
Street sweeping is on Tuesday between 7 am to 12 pm. Please do not park on the street side that has the black mailbox with the numbers 12077. Instead, park on the opposite street between those hours. After 12 pm please park near the mailbox again. As the street sweeping will occur on the opposite side of the street between 12 pm to 5 pm.
