In the event that renter / tenant violates any rules or regulations set forth by the Homeowners Association (HOA) governing the property, and as a result, the owner incurs fines imposed by the HOA, the renter / tenant agrees to promptly reimburse the property owner for such fines.

Please Note:
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit, on the property grounds or on the unit balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250.00 damage deposit deduction, along with an additional $250.00 fee for Extra cleaning that may apply if necessary.

Rental Requirements:
Guests must be over 25 years old.
No smoking or pets allowed on the premises.
Maximum occupancy allowed is 6 persons No more than (4) four adults over the age of 17
Washing beach items in the bathtub is prohibited; items must be washed off at the beach.

Cancellation Policy: Fee $50.00

100% refund available if canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date.
50% refund available if canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date.

Housekeeping Provisions:

Housekeeping will supply initial amenities such as trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies once they have been used.
