Peaceful 5 bedroom / 3 bath in Whitefish, MT

Our farmhouse is the perfect home base for groups adventuring in and around the valley or Glacier National Park. Just 7 minutes from downtown Whitefish, 15 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, and a quick 35 minute drive from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. You're close to everything, without the distractions of the city. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the wraparound porch, watch turkey and deer graze in the front four acres, and sit in the year-round hot tub and relax!

We live locally, so we're available if you need anything!

You'll have the entire property to yourself! The property itself is made up of 12 acres in total, four acres of open pasture which the house looks out on, and eight acres of dense forest behind. On a typical day, you can expect to see an abundance of turkey and half a dozen deer roaming the front pasture.

UPSTAIRS:
Discover the comfort of our five-bedroom, three-bathroom home. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, offering a serene escape with large windows overlooking the picturesque front pasture. A smart TV and large closet with plenty of storage complete the space. Attached is a well-appointed master bathroom featuring a spacious bathtub and a separate standing shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a versatile full + full bunk bed, while the third bedroom on the main floor features a bunk with two cozy twin beds. The second bathroom (tub/shower combo), centrally positioned in the home, has dual entrances—one from the main hallway near the front door and another accessible from the laundry room area near the back door. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with essentials such as hair dryers, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The upstairs kitchen is equipped with an array of pots, pans, dishes, and all utensils. Modern conveniences include a dishwasher, oven, stove top, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare meals of any size. The dining room offers seating for 6. A main living area with a couch, two comfortable chairs and smart TV are open to the dining and kitchen. A front-loading washer and dryer are provided, complete with laundry soap for your convenience.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Venture into the basement, where you'll find a second living area complete with a smart TV, pool table and foosball table, another well-appointed kitchen, and two inviting bedrooms—one furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the other featuring a cozy full-sized bed. For added convenience, a full bathroom is also available downstairs. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of every corner of our welcoming home.

EXTERIOR:
The home has a full wrap around porch, which includes a barbecue, patio furniture with table, 2 relaxing wood rocking chairs, a fire pit and a year-round hot tub!!

Unfortunately due to the location of our home and the relatively small population size of the area, there are no reliable public transport options. Finding a ride with services like Lyft and Uber may be possible depending on the time of year and weather conditions.

This is a working farm. DO NOT feed any of the animals. Please also be aware that there will be workers throughout the day taking care of the horses and farm. They will not be entering or coming to the house.

When entering the property the driveway will split to the left. Keep clear of the other driveway, workers will be in and out working on the farm.

If you're visiting during the Winter months, keep in mind that the snow here can fall fast, so we recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles, although they're not completely necessary. We have a contract with a local plow company, but in case you need to leave before they arrive around mid morning, there are snow shovels for the driveway.
