The hot tub can be heated upon request. It takes about 1 hour for the tub to heat up. Then it will stay on for 1 hour. This can be done twice a day for the $50 fee.

All guests must review the HOUSE RULES and confirm their understanding by completing our owner-guest rental agreement before arrival.

There are 4 security cameras on the property: 1 at the front door, 1 in the driveway, and another one at the backyard pickleball court and backyard playground.

All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in a private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City).
