Superbly located close to beach and town. Beautiful and lush private home complex with heated in-ground swimming pool. Walk to beach (.5mi), downtown (.5 mi), restaurants and shopping. Trolley stop is at the end of the road. Ideal for couples and families. Quiet, yet close to everything. Complex is great for swimming, bike riding, roller skating, skate boarding, jogging, hiking trails. A true escape!
