Queen bed in bedroom, daybed (trundle) in living room, plasma TV in living room, wireless internet, air conditioned. Off street parking. Newly remodeled, Very clean & quiet. Short walk to beach, pier, amusement park. Owners stay in other apartment. Check in Time is 2PM. Check out is 10AM. Towels and linens are not provided. NO Smoking inside of the property.

Great location

We have been to OOB a few times and this was a great location. Not a bad walk to downtown and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and we loved the fire pit and that there was a picnic table.

We will be back!

Relaxing and welcoming from the moment we arrived! Beautiful property within walking distance of the pier and restaurants. Beds were comfy, screened in porch was a hit and all around a great time! We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing getaway

This property was outstanding. Nothing short of a beautiful and cozy home. SUPER clean, and perfect amount of space for family of 4. It was nice and quiet as it was located on a dead-end street. Nice neighborhood, REALLY nice backyard. The family who owns it actually had their vacation the same week, and were right next door. SUPER nice people, and accomidating. Also, it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and Pier, so convenience is there! I would 1000% recommend, and really hope to stay there again in the future! Thank you for having us!

The Perfect Getaway

Short walk to the beach

Great quiet neighborhood, close to downtown/beach, easily walkable. Very kid friendly area, has BBQ, fire pit, small swing set, picnic table and screened in porch. Owners were super nice and responsive. Only suggestion would be to provide a hair dryer and some glass dishes (I’m not a fan of eating/drinking off plastic). I’d definitely come back!

Amazing Stay!

This was our first time to OOB and the house was perfect walking distance to downtown, the pier, and beach! The Marstons were so wonderful and friendly! The house was perfectly clean and we loved the little things they left to make it a special visit! It was our daughters birthday and we arrived to a whole arrangement of birthday balloons and princess decorations! We enjoyed the s’mores kit left out for us and other fun things! 100% recommend booking here if you want a fun OOB experience! We will definitely go back again!

Quiet, Clean and Friendly

The house was clean and quiet and close enough to the beach to walk down. We enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Cute home great location

We enjoyed our stay and first trip to OOB. The home was just right. Enough space for us, a spacious kitchen to enjoy a meal or two and a cozy screened in porch. The location is within walking distance to the downtown location, a handful of food options and the beach. We found the beach to be a bit crowded so we drove 10 minutes and went to the state park, although you have to pay it was less crowded with trails to explore if you needed to get out of the sun. We enjoyed a dinner at the local brewery which was good and lunch out on a pier north of OOB at a seafood market. The rest of our days were grab and go or we were visiting other local towns. The outside grounds were cozy and the addition of swings were a hit with our daughter. The only downfall were the mosquitos- they dined heavily on our Pennsylvania bodies- bug spray helped! We wouldn’t hold that against our stay or the house itself- it’s nature and the wooded area/ humid weather is perfect for breeding! Ryan and his family were thoughtful and generous. Our children played while we relaxed knowing they were safe on the dead end street. Sleeping was peaceful as there was no street noise- a huge bonus in a bustling town! We enjoyed our short stay!

Quiet Beach Getaway

This was our first time visiting Old Orchard Beach. Communication with the homeowner was easy and they were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We really liked that the area of the house was far enough away from everything that it was quiet when we wanted, but we were still only a 5 minute walk from Main Street with shops and entertainment, and the beach. The house had all the necessities we needed for our week stay, and was nice and clean. We look forward to coming back again!

Quick getaway

The set up was cute and location was great ! quick drive to the boardwalk and the owners set up a happy birthday message for my daughter’s bday . I thought that was super sweet of them . They definitely made us feel welcomed .

Quiet Cottage with an Ideal Location for Exploring Maine

The cottage was exactly as advertised - a quaint space that fit 2 adults and 2 young children, who enjoyed the trundle bed. The bathroom was small but functional with good water pressure. The centralized location was ideal, not only for Old Orchard Beach/Pier, but also a quick 20/25 minute drive north to Portland and south to Kennebunkport, allowing us to explore many areas of Maine easily! Ryan and Kim were friendly and prompt with communication and made check-in a breeze.

Perfect home base for a beach vacation

This was a perfect home base for my husband and I when we went to OOB for a family vacation. It was a great place to come home to after a day at the beach (the shower had great water pressure to scrub off all the sunscreen!), the screened in porch was great for having a quiet breakfast without having to worry about bugs or inclement weather, and the house was just the right size for our needs. Ryan and Kim were wonderful, super communicative, and very friendly. We'll definitely keep them in mind for future OOB vacations!

Great Spot

Quiet and peaceful on dead end street, but very convenient minutes walk to beach.and center strip. Owners are friendly and personable. They are right on premise so easy to reach. Would definitely book again.
