Duplex house with 2 bedrooms, balcony, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry area and private garage. All furnished, close to the beaches of Peró and Concha, Ilha do Japones, Rua dos Biquinis, restaurants, Shopping Peró, market and bakery. We do not allow animals. Bedroom 1 with balcony, air conditioning, double bed, small bunk, locker and clothes rack; bedroom 2 with air conditioning, bunk bed, bunk bed with 2 extra mattresses, small fan, locker and clothes rack; Kitchen with duplex refrigerator, cupboards, stove with extractor fan, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, blender, mixer, mixer, juicer, electric water filter w / carboy, table and all kitchen utensils; Living room with 32 'LED TV and SKY, 3 and 2 seater sofa and ceiling fan; Service area with private barbecue, barbecue kit and 3 plastic chairs. All doors and windows with mosquito net. In the condominium there is a leisure area, with adult and children's pools, barbecue grills and sauna. CCTV system for your safety and convenience, 24 hour caretaker.

Gostaria de agradecer pela atenção do Sr Rodrigo e ao chegar na casa a Renata. O anúncio condiz com a realidade mas sempre há algo a melhorar. Chegamos em um período chuvoso inesperado, a porta de entrada das garagens do lado das casas 20 em diante tem uma grama com lama e muito mal cheiro, necessita tirar as gramas para entrada ficar limpa, o apagador do quarto solteiro raramente funciona, e tem algumas goteiras no telhado, o ar condicionado do quarto casal vazou bastante água e formou goteiras na entrada da sala. A casa necessita de uma boa faxina principalmente nos banheiros, cantos, ralos gretas estão bem sujos. Fomos muito bem recebidos. As críticas são construtivas. Sucesso e obrigada por tudo.

Proprietário é muito atencioso, assim como, o zelador. Percebe-se a preocupação em atender os hóspedes da melhor maneira possível. A casa condiz com o anúncio. A localização da casa não achei um ponto dos mais favoráveis, pois fica um pouco distante das praias e dos pólos gastronômicos. A limpeza da casa também precisa melhorar, já que é cobrada uma taxa de limpeza.
