About this property

If you are looking for a Panama City Beach vacation rental that offers you incredible views of the world's most beautiful beaches and where your toes touch the sand within one minute after leaving the condo, this is the place for you. Floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and living/dining areas overlook the white sands and emerald colored waters of the Gulf.

The living/dining area is twice the width of a standard one bedroom at Long Beach Resort allowing a much larger and impressive beach view. This 5th floor unit has a very large balcony that provides nearly 180 degree views and is low enough to watch the beach activities as well as the dolphins and pelicans in the water. Eat your meals, sip a cup of coffee, or just relax while soaking up the fresh air and sea breeze. The balcony’s comfortable cushioned couch and oversized slider chair provide the comfort you seek for your vacation getaway throughout the day and while watching the beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets.

The spacious bedroom has two queen size beds with a large screen TV on the wall along with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf. The recently renovated and beautifully decorated bathroom will meet your vacation needs. Floor to ceiling drapery allows you to darken the room when sleeping.

The kitchen is larger than a traditional one bedroom at Long Beach and is well-stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, utensils and all the other items needed to cook.

The living/dining rooms are decorated in a lively coastal theme. The living room has an upholstered couch and two matching arm chairs along with a large screen TV on the wall. The dining room table seats 4-6 persons.

The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable and contains a full size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, beach chairs, portable umbrella and beach toys for your fun and convenience.

I have enjoyed living in my condo for the past 7 years while working full time in Panama City Beach as well as now in retirement. My first purchase after buying my condo was luxury balcony furniture. I still enjoy this furniture as I relax, breath the fresh sea air and soak up the warm air, sunshine and beautiful beach and water. I now spend a lot of time traveling with my husband, so I look forward to sharing my condo with you for part of the year (while I am away). I take care of my place as owner that has lived there year-round can.

What makes this property unique

My condo rents as a one bedroom because I have locked the other bedroom. Because of this, the space in the living room, dining room and kitchen is the size of the space in the two-bedroom condos. All of the one-bedroom condos at Long Beach Resort have a living room, dining room and kitchen only half the space as what I offer.
