The complex was beautiful, takes a little getting used to because the maps were so old and we got lost quite a bit. Parking for our unit was in the garage, which was kept clean and felt safe. The unit itself was in a nice location, kitchen was nice and clean. The shower could use an update BUT I feel in comparison of other rentals in same complex, the owner priced it well. I felt it was a little tight for a family of 5, there is a roll out bed for my youngest, my oldest slept on the couch, my daughter in the twin bed and my husband and I in the double, but again, it was priced well, so no complaints here!
I couldnt find any pots/pans (it just dawned on me that I didnt look inside the oven for any) so we didnt cook, otherwise, the unit had everything I needed to feel at home.
The owner was wonderful and very responsive. This was a great, affordable way for us to get to know the area and we will definitely stay at North Coast Village again. There are alot of kids around, and very easy for them to meet new friends and hang out in a safe environment.
Thank you Tanya!
