-Fort Lauderdale Ordinance States:

“Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7.00 AM and 10.00 PM daily.”

-Pool/outdoor areas CLOSED from the hours of 10pm to 7am daily. In efforts to follow the Fort Lauderdale regulation to control noise, guests must remain indoors during this time frame.

-Please be aware that children and infants are more than welcome. We ask for there always to be parental or guardian presence and supervision for the safety of the kids. Please don't forget any children monitors or cameras you may have. Pool can be fully gated.

-Please do not use the body and hand towels for the beach, cleaning, or anything other than drying yourself after you are clean. An additional charge may be imposed if towels are not used properly.

-No more than 6 Adult/Child guests and 1 infant
-One pet allowed with an explanation of the pet
-Absolutely no PARTIES or EVENTS
