This modern apartment can accommodate 4 guests with 1 bedroom + a queen pullout sofa, 1 full bathroom, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a spacious, open-concept living room.

Step into our cozy home away from home in the heart of SoFay (South Fayetteville)! Our large living area features plush seating, a desk, and a 55" Smart TV. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen with dining space for 4. Through our living room there is also a small patio with seating to enjoy the fresh air.

When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 2 beds;
1) The primary suite features a queen bed, smart tv, large walkin closet, and an attached bathroom. Please note that there is a gap between the vaulted ceiling and the top of the bedroom wall where it connects to the living room.
2) There is a queen sized pull out couch in the living room.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew.

Getting Around:
Located near the downtown square, one block from U of A. Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.

★ Washer and Dryer for guest use.
★ Free parking available.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
