Cheerful 3.5 bedroom house with firepit near UCF

Our cozy family style home with art deco design is awaiting to be your home or temp workstation. Enjoy the peacefulness, your own private office and the 3 bedrooms in white sparkling design. Additionally, open Livingroom concept with fully stocked kitchen will make you feel right at home. Our home is away from major streets and walking distance to UCF on a beautiful trail in the country. Not to mention Disney attractions only 20 miles down south. Warm welcome and call for more info if need.
The space
Our home is in very central area yet in the smaller quite neighborhood. We are 1 hour (60 miles) from costal Beach area and about 2hrs from Golf coast area. 1 hr from The Horse country capital- Ocala and about 25 min from Disney.
Guest access
Guest will have access/private entrance. This is 3 bedroom single home and it's rented to only the guests who will book no other person or owner is sharing.
Other things to note
Please note, due to allergies we do not provide any toiletries. Also our house is pet free. If you wish for extra cleaning through your stay it can be arranged. We are availabe for any questions/requests. If there is a special request or issue arises contact us immediately. This is sigle home with private entry.

Cute house

This was a great property in a quiet neighborhood. The only improvement I can think of would be to supply some Keurig coffee. We arrived late at night and we would have loved to wake up to coffee. Instead, we had to make a grocery store run. we left some Keurig for the next guests. Thanks!!

University of Central FL is walking distance. Many of families come visit their children or see them graduate. They can comfortably stay together and enjoy all Orlando fun parks being little over 20 miles away.

What makes this property unique

Art deco design, our house is very open and we call it cheerful. Outdoor porch is Key West style and screened in. Quite area with UCF park right behind the property.
