CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Super Fun Corpus Christi Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed every minute of our Corpus Christi vacation! There were four adults and a child and we had plenty of room. The location was absolutely marvelous, the pool was spectacular, and the pirate playground so fun. Everything was very clean and well maintained and wonderful. Just a couple minute walk to the beach with it’s super warm water! We invited some friends over for a couple of hours one afternoon (they were staying in a hotel nearby so it would’ve been awkward to invite us over and we were very happy to be in an Airbnb property and not a hotel!) and even with the additional four adults still did not feel cramped. There isn’t an overabundance of kitchen supplies and we really wish a pack and play portable crib would have been available so we didn’t have to bring our own, but we had a perfect vacation and would highly recommend this property! We would definitely return again! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Didn’t find ourselves in need of any extra amenities. Everything was provided. Close to the beach and was quiet at night. Check in would have been easier if we weren’t sent the wrong unit number in the text/email, but that was sorted out by a quick phone call.

Great Stay!

The stay was great for our annual trip. Clean and minimally decorated. All information that was provided was accurate. Unit is located in front of the pool and play area and it's a short walk to the beach! Best place we've stayed in all of our years coming to the island. We will certainly stay here again.

Enjoyable stay at the Krusty Krab

The townhouse was new, clean and very comfortable for our family! Property management was great at responding to any questions! A big thank you to Stephanie who drove out to the property at 10:30 at night when we locked ourselves out of the unit. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
