This beach inspired condo is the ideal place to stay for the ultimate North Padre Island destination getaway. Aruba Bay Waterfront Resort and Kokomo Yacht Club offers first class accommodations near the Texas Gulf Coast. This newly built resort is located along the protected waters of Lake Padre and has access thru Packery Channel to the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay. Every unit is custom decorated with modern, beach cottage decor an open concept living space and beautiful views of the wetlands. This location is just minutes from the beach and provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options. Outside your door you will find a swimming pool with a kids area, making this a perfect location for families.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

Great close to beach stay for 4

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We book with PadreEscapes every year. We had a great 2 night stay. Condo is close to WhiteCap Beach. The space was good for our family of 4 with 2 adults, a 13 year old and 10 year old. The couch and table area is a little small, but still fine. Having a washer and dryer and kitchen items is a plus. There are not too many choices for eating close by so being able to cook a quick meal is good. Some kitchen pans and utensils need to be updated. We appreciate getting started with dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper. More towels would be nice and more hooks to hang the towels are needed in the bathroom. Overall good experience, would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

Great/clean place !

We booked this place a little worried that it wouldn’t be like the pictures but took a chance. It was exactly like the pictures and good reviews. Easy checkin , enough beds to fit our family, close to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be booking again .

Great vacation rental!

We had a great stay! We loved the layout of the space, the property location, and the pool. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area. We did have an issue with the TV not working the last 2 days of our stay. We called to let management know and they had someone there to look at it the next day.

Amazing place to stay!

Very clean and had everything you could possibly need to cook with if you don’t want to eat out. The pools were clean as well! Definitely recommend!

This was a great cozy condo for our family to get away to the coast. We were close to whitecap Beach and corpus for dining. We loved the amenities for our kids as well.

Cute Place!

It was the perfect weekend getaway! The big girls loved the bunk beds and the bedroom was big enough to put the baby in the pack n play. They loved that there was 2 pools and the waterslides. So much fun!

Nice visit!

It's a lovely little condo a couple of minutes from Whitecap. The upgrades are beautiful! However, the lock is faulty (maintenance never came), the couch is very dirty, some linens were missing, seat cushions torn, the toilet seat is badly stained, etc. The pools were great aside from the fact that the water was very dirty and cloudy. I did not get in. Levels need to be checked.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely property in a prime location. Property amenities were perfect for kids, and we all had a great time. There is some construction as other units on site are still being built; however, the noise isn’t obnoxious and is not close to this unit. We will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay - the property is correctly advertised and was spotless upon arrival. The location is a short walk to the beach and the pools were great for the kids.

Great place with some nice perks for the whole family

We loved the property being off the main path a bit, along with the great pools, game room, the glow fishing and very clean rooms. We definitely recommend this place and would easily come back!
