I have lived in the Philadelphia area most of my life -moved from the suburbs to the city about eight years ago and purchased a beautiful three-story brownstone. I retired in 2020 and love to travel, so when I am on the road-I love to offer my home to traveling guests! You will feel the comfort of staying in someone’s home that is lived in, which is a huge advantage… all the amenities like you are staying with family!!

Why they chose this property

Rittenhouse Square, where my home is located is one of the handful of historic districts in Philadelphia. I live in this area because it is safe, clean and accessible to parks, shops, museums, trains etc.

What makes this property unique

There are 2 1/2 baths which gives all the guests privacy. In 2019 I put on a gorgeous rooftop deck which you can sit on at night and see the beautiful Philadelphia skyline
