The cabin is was nice. Bed was comfy and the cabin was very clean. We stayed for several days and each evening we could sit on the porch and watch the deer. There are houses nearby, but it still felt very private. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Perfect little cabin to get away and not be bothered. Neighbors were close enough to hear their dogs bark but not close enough that you could see them. Cabin very cute and very clean. If you want a quiet place to relax and sit on the deck this is your place. Bed is gorgeous!!
This location was perfect and checked all of my boxes. A true cabin in the woods. Fully equipped with so many unique cute details in this cabin. Very quiet and private in the woods but only about 15 min drive into town, and about 20 min drive to Lincolnton where there is a long strip of shops and restaurants. The only one thing I would say that the road leading to the cabin is not paved and has lots of gravel. I drive a sedan and barely could make it in and out through the gravel so, a four-wheel drive would be ideal. My poor tires took a beating, but I would def stay again.
Perfect location for the Lilac Festival. We were able to walk and convenient for family stop bys.The cabin was adorable. Early morning coffee on the porch with the birds waking up was peaceful. Bird's nest in the rafter with a nesting Momma was a bonus.
Only down fall was the driveway. A bit rough but it looks like its a work in progress.
A wonderful one-room cabin (plus full kitchen and bathroom) in a quiet location. We loved the authentic log cabin architecture and decor. The working fireplace was wonderful on our cold April nights. Excellent shower, excellent king size bed and linens/pillows (as luxurious as any four star hotel). Wifi at the cabin was excellent for all uses including streaming and video conferencing. However, no cell service in the area (download your maps before you get off the interstate!). Host was very communicative during the lead up to our stay. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in the area and we recommend this cabin most highly! Thank you, Alana.
