KITCHEN- Fully stocked. Coffee maker and coffee available, fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water. Brand new washer/dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM- Queen bed with chargers and lights built into nightstand, massage chair available. Ceiling Fan. Blackout shades.

SECOND BEDROOM--L-shaped bunkbed, Twin over Queen. The queen bed can be accessed from either side. Blackout shades.

ALL LINENS INCLUDED: -Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent are also provided.
Guest access

This unit is on the 7th floor. There are 3 high-speed elevators available with minimal wait times even in high-season. You'll have access to the entire condo plus all common areas of the Capri building (indoor pool, sundeck, arcade level, library, vending machine, gym, sauna, tennis court)

Once you check in with the building desk, you can enter the unit via smart lock.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: All guests in a non-family group must be at least 25 years old.

TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels

INDOOR POOL: Is open daily 10 am to 10 pm. However, it closes on Thursdays at 6pm for service in high season (memorial day to labor day). During off season, it may need to occasionally close for repairs. I will give as much notice as I can.

PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy.

PARKING/AMENTIES FEE: A one- time $75 parking and amenities fee is due to the Capri front desk upon check in CASH ONLY- There is an ATM available on site - fees may apply. This fee includes ONE parking space. A second space can be purchased for $10 per night pending availability.

WASHER/DRYER USE: You are more than welcome to use-they are new in 2022. Just please keep in mind they are economy size and energy efficient. This means their capacity is limited and cycles take longer than you might expect.

---GUESTS WITH PROFILES LOWER THAN A 4.5 RATING will not be allowed to instantly book the property. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms the system, the reservation might be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Refundable Damage deposits may also be required in these instances.

--IDENTIFY AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK--By booking this reservation, I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. If the system returns a possible identify fraud or doesn't pass the criminal background or bad guess data base, your reservation might be cancelled. As part of this process, you will be asked to submit your email and phone number.

--RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit will be present after April 15th. This is for security purposes only and it will not be actively monitored. There is NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit.

--RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code.

--UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Capri Management or engineers reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given.

-NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.

--BATHROOMS are in fine condition, but I am hoping to upgrade in the near future.

-SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps are provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.

DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

-PEST CONTROL: Every effort is made to regularly prevent pests, but we cannot make 100% guarantees. However, in the unlikely event that one shows up during your stay, please contact us and we will send someone out ASAP

-Due to the proximity of the unit to the beach, the bedroom windows can occasionally get a little dusty
