Modern living meets coastal serenity at 915 Green Hill Beach Rd. Newly constructed, this waterfront home in Green Hill, offers stunning ocean and pond views. Experience the coziness of modern construction blended seamlessly with the charm of tastefully selected décor and antiques in this inviting home.
Flooded with natural light, the open design of the main level living space allows for seamless transitions between the well-appointed kitchen, dining area and cozy living room. Step out the sliding glass door on to the deck to enjoy beverages in classic Adirondack balcony chairs while enjoying the unobstructed water views. Follow up with alfresco dining for four on the deck and take in the splendor of the breathtaking sunsets.
The upper level offer two ensuite bedrooms and an open office area in the landing, which also includes a flat screen TV. Enjoy gorgeous water views from the primary suite. This ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, tiled shower and a relaxing soaking tub. Tucked away in the primary bathroom is a washer/dryer.
Adjacent to the primary suite, the second bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower.
Most of the paintings in this home are original by Rhode Island artists. Posters displayed are vintage dating from the 1950s-1970s.
Two kayaks and various sized life jackets are available to explore the Green Hill Pond. There is a path on the south side of the property to easily launch the kayaks.
Just a short stroll at the end of the street, Green Hill Beach invites you to sink your toes into the sand and embrace the coastal lifestyle and beautiful Green Hill sunsets. If you are a surfer or boogie boarder, bring your board where you are almost guaranteed to catch some great waves. This home has 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler for your use.

This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
