Two bedroom house with the best patio in town,have the vacation of your dreams.

Relax and unwind in our wonderful house. You will feel right at home in our comfy beds after a long day at the beach. Enjoy your shower using all Aveda products, then share a nice bottle of wine on our patio ( you wont forget it ). Then walk to one of the two 3 star restaurants at the end of our street, Everyday People Café and Wild Dog, you cant miss with both. End your day by taking in the sunset at Oval or Douglas beach.

Great Location & Space

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was clean, it was easy to check-in. I loved the yard for our dogs to run and that everything we needed was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. I had a slight issue with the tv after a small power outage and the host was very helpful and communicative. We will definitely recommend this space to others and hopefully stay again.

We love this house! The location is convenient to everything. Restaurants, shopping, dining and of course the beach. Love the updates since our last visit. Our fur dogs love the courtyard and backyard. Such a great place to walk your dogs as well. Grocery store just a few blocks away. The host is awesome and attentive (thank you Ronel) to all needs. Can’t wait to come back in October.

2nd stay - will come again!

Such a great house. So cozy with a great kitchen for cooking. My husband, adult son and adult daughter all stayed comfortably. The location is terrific to Douglas - great coffee house and restaurants and a grocery store nearby if you need. All easy walking distance.

Cozy getaway!

We highly recommend this home! It is tucked away on a quiet street in Douglas, just minutes away from historic Saugatuck. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We absolutely loved our relaxing getaway!

Great Patio and Location

This rental is in the perfect location. It was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Saugatuck, great shopping; Oval Beach, great sunsets; Crow’s Nest, beautiful view! Cody stay in town

Comfy and close to downtown Douglas shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the small courtyard off the living room. We enjoyed wine under the twinkly lights each night. Ronel was great to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay!

So much better than the listing can show!

I have had some disappointments with air B n Bs so I was a little nervous about trying another property. I was completely and pleasantly surprised by everything about this property - it was sparkling clean and nicely appointed. The yard was just right for the dogs and the distance to downtown Saugatuck was perfect for an evening walk. A+++ : )

Wonderful, as always

Third year in a row that we’ve rented this same house. We love it! Now that our kids are strong and adventurous swimmers, we especially appreciated all the beach gear - including boogie boards, inner tubes, plenty of chairs, and jumbo-sized beach towels. Perfect location for walking to Douglas for a morning coffee or easy dinner; or bopping over to Saugatuck. And Ronel is a delightful host. Already booked our 2024 return!

Hidden Gem

This was the perfect place for our stay-great location just a block from downtown Douglas and walkable to Saugutuck. Loved the space with two bedrooms and bathrooms and the outdoor patio area was used daily. This was one of the well best stocked places we have stayed in-really appreciated the Avada hair and body products as an extra!

Halloween weekend getaway

This is our second time here, and we loved it. The home is cozy and has great amenities. Also it’s a perfect location for us. We love Douglas, Saugatuck, and Holland. There is a nice patio area as well for unwinding!

Clean, comfortable and cozy

We stayed in for 3 nights in mid October and this property couldn't have been a better choice for us. Absolutely clean, comfortable and has everything you will need for an amazing stay. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils and more. Refrigerator, beautiful gas stove, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer are all a huge plus for us when traveling. The bedrooms are both very comfortable and spacious. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other bathroom has a full bath with tub/shower. We had our little dog with us and he loved the very large backyard and the courtyard off the living room is so cute and cozy for BBQ grilling or just relaxing with some coffee or wine. This home is in a perfect location and has it's own driveway for private parking. Perfect host with excellent communication and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you are looking for a nice stay in the Douglas/Saugatuck area.

Nice layout in a great area

The house is very cute and basically very nice. When we arrived the cleaning crew did a nice job on the inside but the outside areas where you basically live needed a good clean job which we did and then enjoyed. It just needs a little more TLC with a few things, sink in 2nd bath doesn’t drain well , toilets in both baths need the flushing mechanism fixed, closet doors need help and outside needs a scrubbing. It’s a rental with lots of people coming and going but owner needs to give it a bit more attention. Could be a solid 5 star. Would love to go back if it gets the attention it needs and talking to Ronel I think it will.

Great location and great home!

Nice and responsive owners! Great location and great home! Charming home with private garden on the side of the house and private large yard in the back. We are planted-based so we cook often. This home has a gorgeous modern kitchen in the center of the home with loads of counter space and a great oven! The bathrooms are modern and we appreciate the Aveda products in the shower!! The view from the dining table and TV room is of a private "Buddha garden"! The wall facing the garden is floor to ceiling windows allowing a beautiful view with charming lights at night. Just blocks from the water! So we took nice walks everyday The shops in Douglas are amazing with live entertainment in the evening. That is just two blocks from this home!! We kept our bug spray on hand for us and our dog Check out the pristine Saugatuck Dunes Beach just 5 minutes away!

Convenient location

Our family had a great time in Saugatuck/Douglas. The location is walking distance to downtown Douglas, and extremely close to a public access boat/kayak launch, yet quiet. It's also convenient if you want to bike ride. The property was extremely clean, and dog-friendly, which is super important to us, with everything you need. It's perfect for 2 couples, or in our case a family with 2 kids. We were going to bring a blow up bed so the kids didn't have to share, but one was provided upon request. The backyard was a tranquil spot to have morning coffee and plan your day.
