The home has 3 fully airconditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The backyard is a dream! Plenty of space to enjoy the sun, but if you want to get into the shade, the covered patio is large and has a nice large table and loungers. Did I tell you about the amazing rooftop terrace to enjoy your own private sunsets? The view from this villa is DIVINE!
Ofcourse we have a gas BBQ as well, an outdoor bathroom and shower, we have Tommy Bahama beach chairs for you and a cooler.

This spacious villa really is the ultimate place to relax on your perfect holiday and this home will not feel crowded with 6 guests/7 guests.
The home has large sliding doors to the pool, which makes the home light and spacious you'll feel connected with the pool area, it is easy to keep an eye on the rest of your family. If you open all windows and doors, a delightful breeze is fills the house, but you have the option to use the airconditioning as well.
The villa is stylishly furnished and above all very clean and well maintained.
The living area is spacious and has large comfortable sofas and a large smart TV. We even have a desk in the event you need to work during your vacation.
The open kitchen has an island for extra counter space and is completely equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a large dining table. We really have anything you need to prepare your own meals at home.
In case you do want to go out, the hotel strip with many restaurants is just a few minutes drive away.

This villa gives you all the privacy that you need for quality time with your family or a romantic honeymoon. We have all the modern conveniences, hot water, air-conditioning, a smart TV, and WiFi.
Of course we have beach chairs for you, a cooler, beach towels and bath towels.
You can pack light, as we have a great washer and dryer.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

There is a cleaning fee of $240 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave.

We advise you when you book your ticket, to take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies.

We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions.
However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.
