The one and only Ocean House - across from Short Sands Beach-1 minute walk. Covered outdoor patio with beautiful ocean view, newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, flooring and paint! 1 Bedroom/1 Bath with washer and dryer.
Rent for 30 days. Check in end of June/beginning of July and check out July 30; For August rental, check in Aug 2nd or after for minimum of 30 days. You can email me if questions about dates.
Ocean House has secured entry, an elevator, an indoor pool with hot tub, sun deck, exercise room with lockers and shower, community great room with views of Short Sands Beach!
Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, brewery, and Ellis Park – home to summer concerts at its historic bandstand.
