Walk into the spacious open living area. Dining space, full kitchen, and comfy living room with a large smart tv.

Primary Bedroom -
King Bed, the bedroom has its own private entrance, ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer in walk-in closet, mounted smart tv.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, mounted smart tv.

Bedroom 3 - Raised Twin bed with twin trundle underneath, mounted smart tv.

Hall Bathroom - full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Ample parking for 5 cars, fenced in backyard, beautiful brand new pool!


We're adventurers at heart and encourage our guests to explore all that St. Augustine Beach has to offer all within less than a mile!! From world-class surf lessons and yoga/pilates to secret beaches and state park hikes, there are endless activities - both relaxing and immersive. Some of our favorites: Take or schedule a group class at Core Pilates, Rent a bicycle from Drifters, Spa Treatments at Panache, Surf Lessons, shopping at Rochelle's boutique, Grab the Mana Kea Acai bowl at Big Island Bowls. Zip line over gators or visit the Lemurs at the Alligator Farm, Climb the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Surf or Fish off the Pier, For breakfast, enjoy a Bacon Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel at Island Donuts. For the COLDEST beer on the beach, go to Sunset Grille. Order the House Salad and the Gypsy Chicken at Gypsy Cab. Get a Citrus Basil Martini at Blackfly and the TUNA! Play a round of Putt Putt at Fiesta Falls. For dinner, walk over to the Beachcomber on A Street and order their house margarita and a thai chicken cobb salad. Grab a taco at Osprey Taco and a beer next door at Old Coast Ales, play some ping pong while you’re there! Stand in a line at Taco Shop for a UFO. Happy Hour at Conch House on Saturday. Guests have access to the entire property

No smoking in the property.

Primary renter must be present on all bookings. Minimum Age for primary renter is 25 years of age.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
