Beautiful chef’s kitchen for meals together at the island or dining room table, seating for up to 13. 4 at bar, 8-9 at table.Or enjoy the outdoor table under the pergola. 3 living spaces to spread out or snuggle up: Cozy living room-gas fireplace, smart tv w/ cable; Outdoor screened in porch-wood burning stove and cable tv; Loft w/ a trundle daybed and a tv perfect to hook up to gaming systems. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch rocking chairs, or get your heart rate up with a hike through the woods or a jog down the 1/4 mile driveway. The primary suite includes a comfortable king bed, entrance to the screened in porch, a spacious shower, a large tub for a relaxing soak, double vanity, and private toilet room.A short 5 minute drive to the charming downtown of Water Valley for shopping, coffee shops and restaurants, 10 minutes to the famous town of Taylor, and 25 minutes to the heart of historic Oxford to take in the sights, catch a game at Ole Miss or reunite with friends!
