The house has a car port that will keep 2/3 cars out of the sun and parking for at least another 3 cars on the crushed coral parking area. Both houses have air-condition, cable , Wi-Fi. The canal has Tarpon, nurse sharks tons of bait fish even fishing from the dock will produce many species of fish. And even the occasional Manatee will come into the canal. Sunrise views from the dock table and chairs is where we have our coffee, the view of the ocean and the Sombrero Reef Lighthouse are awesome, by the time the day heats up all the action is the pool and the beach. The famous Sombrero Beach is a 5 min walk or .30 mile away with plenty of parking at the kids park areas. The water activities are endless and I do not type that fast, If yo are returning to Sombrero beach then you know what I am talking about. Everything you want from 'Key West' without the heavy tourism and especially the cruise ships!! Most make it a day trip and cant wait to get home !
