Welcome to our beautifully remodeled West Beach cabin. We are located right on the beach with views of the Olympic mountain range and endless water scenary. As you enter our home a wall of floor to ceiling windows will greet you. Unveiling a stunning view of the strait of Juan de fuca. Our home was built with only one theme in mind…the view. The window canvas allows you to take in all the sites and the natural beauty of the wildlife visiting the beach or swimming in the ocean. The bald eagles, cranes, and seals will greet you throughout the day, but they are especially playful in the morning. Wake up to the sound of the waves, and the water hitting the rocks. Relax on the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you listen to the ocean glide across the beach. Depending the time you visit, you will be visited by a beautiful sandy beach you can walk miles on.

We just finished our gorgeous remodel and are ready to share it with you! The kitchen has brand new appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster). The 2 bedrooms and large bathroom boosts new beautiful LVP. We gutted the bathroom, reconfigured the set up and created a luxury spa. Beautiful double vanity with lighted mirrors, large luxury tiled shower with double rain shower head. Modern white toilet, tankless water heater, and brand new washer/dryer unit. Gorgeous new barn doors with large windows that allow the light to pour inside. All of the furniture, mattresses, beds, linens, towels, pots, pans…it is all brand new.
We have you covered with all the basic needs to enjoy your stay.
We also have a 50” smart TV, WIFI access, PlayStation 4, and fun board games for family nite.
If you forgot anything, don’t worry! The local grocery store and strip mall with many restaurants is located a few miles away in Oak Harbor. Beautiful Deception Pass is less than 10 minutes away - a site worth visiting.
Come and visit our beautiful cabin and take time to relax and enjoy the ocean (right outside)!

We have keypads on both doors to allow easy access when arriving. We will provide your access code 24 hours prior to arrival and again the day of check in.

Seaside Retreat

We enjoyed listening to the waves and watching sunsets from the patio that was steps from the water. Quiet location that is close enough to "town" for groceries, restaurants and ferries (for day trips). The washer/dryer combo was a unique luxury that came in handy. We hope to visit again sometime.

Cottage With A View

Such a delightful cottage right on the beach! Listening to the surf and sea birds was amazing. The state park beach was easy to access and enjoy. The sun sets were highlights of each day. The shower was great! Disappointed in the function of the electric stove top and washer/dryer. A hot pad and cutting board would be nice additions to the kitchen, plus a knife sharpener. Thank you! We once again fell in awe of Whidbey Island!

The beach cottage was bright & cheery! The view and proximity to the beach was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet. The beach access for us older ones was just a short walk. Our son & fiance were able to climb over the break wall of rocks!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

What a beautiful part of the world. The house was just what our family of 4 was looking for. We spent hours walking the beach on the adjacent State Park. A pair of bald eagles visited every evening and a curious harbor seal was lurking about. We didn’t want to leave.

Classic Beach Cottage With A Great View

Stayed for 2 nights here. This beach cottage is all about the up close totally mesmerizing water views. And long walks on the beach, next to a state park. Enjoyed our stay. Will be thinking about this spot for a long time.

West Beach

The view was spectacular with the waves lapping the pilings right outside the door. The warm weather required us to keep the doors open to provide cool air flow but a fly swatter would have been useful. We enjoyed walking on the beach when the tide was out and the nearby park provided very relaxing hiking. Two suggestions would include cooking pans that better fit the small stove and drop down shades to mitigate the direct sun off the water. Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful view

We stayed two nights in July and loved it! The house is cute and clean and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. The ocean literally comes right up to the back porch and the porch faces the sunset every night. Sitting and watching the waves was so relaxing. It was also a short drive from Fort Casey, Langley, and some other fun day trip destinations. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful views!!

The West Beach Cabin was very comfortable and had the most amazing ocean views! We really enjoyed having coffee overlooking the ocean and watching the sunset the nights we stayed there. We also enjoyed walking at the beach in the morning when the tie was low. The town of Oak Harbor is a short drive away and there’s a small park within walking distance with some nice short hikes.

Absolutely Stunning Property

This property is even better than the listing. Gorgeously remodeled beach house with everything you need. We had a wonderful time watching the eagles and walking along the beach. We spend one day in Friday Harbor, an easy 30min drive and ferry ride away. Host is very kind and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay here again. Cozy spot on the water!

Very cute, cozy little stay right on the water. We were close to all things on the island. Every morning we were able to take a walk on the beach at low tide, explore a new area of the island and easily relax in the evening. I highly recommend checking out Fort Casey, Fort Ebey and a quick trip to Anacortes. We had all the amenities we needed, felt super comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our private little getaway. Quick vacation at a beautiful location

Delightful Place

The house was lovely and I really enjoyed being that close to the water. WaterFRONT doesn't begin to describe it. The house was well equipped with what I needed. Some things I'd suggest adding would be dish soap as there is no dishwasher, oven mitts, a smaller frypan that fits the size of the stove top, a first aid kit. (fyi, the cookie trays do not fit) I used the washer/dryer a few times and appreciated that laundry soap etc, was provided. Great shower, comfy bed. I hope to return for another beach retreat.

Fabulous Stay

The view is amazing. Each day we saw seals swim by. There is a resident eagle who would sit out on the sand right outside the window. Our grandson watched him dive and get a fish. What a thrill. We found sea glass and enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. Maria our host was attentive and very helpful. Definitely met all expectations.

A view that keeps you....

Great property and set up. 5 mins from town, right on the beach and close to Deception Pass park/other key state parks. Views were amazing and the set up was great for a fam of 4. A few small glitches, that do happen sometimes, but corrected quickly and the owner was quick to respond. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little beach house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The views are amazing!! Exactly like the pictures. Property was very clean, communications with manager was excellent and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I plan to return when the weather is warmer. I loved the area. Love how close it is to a couple of charming towns and ferries. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. And we appreciated all the goodies that were left for us. Especially the chocolates and coffee!! Born a raised in Washington state we have always loved the PNW. Both my husband I graduated from the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!) and live in Sammamish.
