GUEST ACCESS:
Guests can access the entire home. Please do not attempt to access locked areas in the house. You will receive a keyless entry door code and detailed instructions to access the property before your check-in date.
GARAGE PARKING:
Private 18 x 18 feet two-car parking garage (main entry into the home).
GUEST PARKING:
Additional guest parking is provided in the community's designated guest parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please avoid parking in the reserved parking spaces.
SHARED AMENITIES:
If you plan to use the pool or Jacuzzi during your stay, please let us know beforehand so we can arrange access. It's important to note that the hours of operation and temperature control of these amenities are managed by the HOA, not the host of the rental. Therefore, there may be variations in their availability and temperature.

We utilize smart home technology to enhance your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels without recording auto or sounds. It enables us to address noise disturbances without interrupting your stay. Minut is privacy-compliant and mandatory for this property.
Over-occupancy is not permitted. The number of occupants listed on the agreement is the only number allowed in the property. No additional guests are allowed at any time.
A zero-tolerance policy is in place for any violation of these rules. In the event of a violation, law enforcement will be contacted, and you will be required to leave the property without a refund.
Any complaints by the city/police/neighbors will be subject to a minimum $3000 fine and eviction.
