First weekend away with new friends
14 of us all together . Initially we walked in to overlook the place a were already disappointed .
We tried to get the rooms situated and realized that the room that was supposed to have bunk beds did not . Venture into others areas looking for the jacuzzi and found none, only a tube with jets that only gave yellow water. The glass shower door in master bathroom was off the hinges .
It has a nice game room a was looking forward to play a teach kids to play pool except all the stick made scratched becouse they were old.
As we are getting the kids settled and even though we did not have bunk beds we decided to use all pull outs from the 3 couches that was listed as xtra sleep areas . 2 couches wasn’t a pull out as stated and the one that did have a pull out had rat feces all over it! There were open circuits , hanging wires amongst us a the little one that was only 4 years old, mold in certain areas , cobwebs all over ! We called a made a made a complaint that very night submit photos . The cleaning fee alone was $300 dollars which wasn’t worth it as we decided to clean whatever we could . I just got one email stating they would help rectify these issues and 2 weeks later and a few emails just by me with no response . I have used vrbo for the last 6 years and never had an issue but this experience has definitely changed my mind about using them again.
