SEASIDE SUMMER BEACH HOUSE RENTAL TWO BEDROOMS HALF BLOCK FROM BEACH

Prom groups welcomed. Two to three day rentals available before June 29th. Contact us for prom pricing and availability.
June 29th to Labor Day weekend are weekly rentals that run Saturday to Saturday.

This is a two bedroom cottage located at the back of the property that sleeps 4 people. One bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen, large smart flat screen TV, and air condition. There are two outdoor rinse/showers, beach chairs available for use. Off street parking NOT available but there is three 24/7 street parking in front of the house and the entire block. Beach badges not included. $500 property damage security deposit for every rental. Key code entry.

High speed internet connection for all units.
All rentals are pet friendly for an additional fee.

All rentals have a $125 cleaning fee and a $100 utility fee. As well as a $500 property damage security deposit with every rental.

MDW weekend was a breeze

Our hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating! What a treat to have a case of water cooling in the fridge! They even left us a box of the most amazing donuts on Sunday morning! Safe neighborhood and great location.
