Muskoka's Dreamcatcher, Lake Muskoka
Welcome to Muskokas Dreamcatcher! This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage offers a well laid out open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Large folding patio doors expand the homes interior allowing for a seamless indoor/outdoor transition as well as a view of the lake. The sunroom offers a cozy place for board-game fun, or you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.
The primary bedroom is accompanied with its own beautiful ensuite offering privacy. On the lower level you will find 3 bedrooms each with lake views and a shared bathroom. There is also a comfy and inviting relaxation room where you can read, chat, or watch TV. A walk out to a beautifully landscaped patio with a granite walk-way leading to the firepit and the boathouse gives you an authentic Muskoka experience.
Spanning the length of the cottage is a spacious deck that offers outdoor seating to enjoy your meals with family and friends while you barbeque and have beautiful sightlines of Lake Muskoka.
Just steps down to the waterfront you will find a single slip boathouse, lounge area at dock level, Muskoka chairs and chaise lounge chairs. There is also a built in lower platform to easily access canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. The upper part of the boathouse invites you to sit and relax on the sun deck offering you all day sun - the perfect spot to enjoy all summer long.

Please note the Muskoka Lakes Township noise by-law applies between 11 p.m and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including: loud music, engines and shouting. Please be mindful of the noise.

There is no daytime burning permitted on Muskoka lakes. It is the guest’s responsibility to check updated fire bans and use only designated fire pit(s). Please ensure you fully extinguish the fire. No fire is to be left unattended at any time. Please avoid having fires on windy days
*Cleaning*
We would like you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. And ask that you treat this property as if it were your own. Please ensure the cottage is clean and tidy upon your departure. Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided, and further details can be found in the cottage manual.
