In addition to its more relaxing offerings, Grand Point also boasts 9 TVs throughout, a gas fireplace, two sets of washers and dryers, as well as a fantastic propane fire table. Grand Point also features a massive pull through driveway that can accomodate numerous vehicles and trailers in addition to its 3 car heated garage.

One of the perks of staying in Powder House Pass is that you will have complimentary access to the Community Building with meeting rooms, a kitchen, game room and outdoor patio with a year round heated pool and fire tables.
