Master has king bed and generous en suite bathroom--two sink vanity, large shower and a freestanding bathtub positioned at the window overlooking the incredible, uninterrupted lake view. Two bedrooms have a queen bed in each, dresser and closet to unpack and relax in. "Bunk room" sports a full over full bunk bed, large dresser and extra TV to entertain the kiddos when parents are ready for some quiet time. Second full bathroom servicing the 2nd floor is spacious with a two sink vanity, toilet and shower over tub. Third full bath is on the first floor with a shower, toilet and vanity. Each Bedroom is equipped with black-out blinds for deep and rejuvenating sleep. Hydronic heat throughout for a clean and enveloping warmth.

Generous deck facing the lake for comfortable lounging and dining. During the summer months, a large gas grill is available. Private pier and buoy! Jump in the lake off your own private pier, or line up your towels and sunbathe! DK Boat Rentals is just up the street (.7miles), with many other boat rental options in the Tahoe Keys, a quick 10 minute drive.

Spacious on-property parking for 3 vehicles and additional parking in front of the 3-bay garage. Front yard is private and gated.
