About this property
Casa Lluna, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo
About this space
Casa Lluna is built on the edge of a cliff in front of the pacific ocean, its panoramic view of Ixtapa's bay will fill your eyes with energy.
Designed and built by renowned architect Diego Villaseñor, this house is meant to make you feel like you are floating at the edge of the sea.
The space
There are two main areas of the house: on the top floor it holds a huge terraza living room, dinning space and full open kitchen. Inside on the ground floor you'll find two open bedrooms divided by a cloth curtain than you can close during the night.
The master bedroom, with a king size bed, is located right in front of two big windows that open to a second sun terrace with its own private mini pool, and comfy sofas.
The second bedroom holds a queen size bed and a futon for any extra guests, and has 3 big windows overlooking the ocean. Both bedrooms are in the same open space, so they share access and there are no walls between them.
Casa Lluna offers its guests a private beach access to Playa Hermosa, a small beach only accessible to residents and guests from the hotel and houses nearby. The hike road to the beach is under construction and it may be difficult to walk, but it’s accesible and the beach is only 500mts away.
The entrance to the house is shared with Casa Marivent, a villa located in the same compound, both houses are private and interaction between guests is not accesible. We kindly ask you not to access the other villa.
Guest access
At your arrival you will be greeted by Luis, the household, he will show you around the house and make sure you have anything you need.
Other things to note
The cooking service is available for breakfast and lunch, the chef finishes his/her shift at 5/6PM - any extra hours after that will have to be covered by the guests. All groceries and food costs run by the guests, the price includes all personal costs.
