This house should be condemned

Upon arrive this house had ceiling fans craped blades falling from ceiling along with other light fixtures. Holes in walls, black marks all over walls. Blinds brokens i everyroom. Literally there was several items broken in each room of this house. Even the pool wasnt spared. I think it need maintenance also. There was a big rat in the back yard. Asked for hoat to come seem the damages and dangerous rooms in this house. Could not get hold of the owner. Contacted VRBO they said theyd cancel and refund. Still waiting.
