Welcome to Hilton Head Beach Villa #4, an exquisite oceanfront paradise! This villa is thoughtfully designed across three levels, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors on the main level and lower level, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Recently renovated, this villa has been transformed into a luxurious and upscale retreat.

The main living level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with brand new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless steel appliances (excluding the Blue Refrigerator). With ample table seating for eight, it's the perfect space for enjoying a delicious meal. The adjoining living area features comfortable furniture, providing an ideal gathering spot to watch your favorite shows, movies, or simply engage in delightful conversations about the island's activities.

Indulge in the beauty of the sunrises and sunsets on the spacious balcony located off the living and dining area. It's an idyllic place to immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the ocean.

On the upper level, you'll find two master bedrooms, each offering a king-size bed, TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The luxurious amenities ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the lower level features a charming third bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests. This bedroom is conveniently serviced by a bath on the entry-level.

The three full baths have been completely remodeled, featuring new plumbing, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, flooring, and showers.

For your convenience, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the entry-level.

The family room on the lower level serves as a second gathering spot, whether for watching TV or playing games. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private patio, complete with chairs, a table, and a grill. The surrounding park-like grounds boast a central pool with a large sun deck and chaise lounges, perfect for relaxation. Beyond the garden area, you'll find private access to the renowned Hilton Head Island sandy beaches.

Beach Access: This property is oceanfront and the complex has a path direct to the beach. You are walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jims.

Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
