(We love all the gadgets). 3 Bedrooms, 3 bath, Smart TVs in Each Bedroom and 75" tv in Living area. Custom touches throughout. All high-end new mattresses. Beautiful grounds feature Heated Pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 grilling areas. Secure gate from beach.

Dog park on property (we allow 1 dog under 25 pounds). Private parking spot near secure lobby with 2 elevators.

We are from Northern Michigan and have been coming to this area for many years with our 4 now adult children, their families and now our grandchildren. We have hosted many guests at 3 other properties in the area over the years but we are now spending longer periods of time here and are thrilled to be living in such a beautiful property that is new to us. After months of a complete renovation, we are so pleased with the results. The comfort of our guests and the cleanliness of our home is so important to us.

This property is safe (gated) and is so beautifully maintained by a wonderful HOA. There are so many wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the beach is wide and fairly quiet.
