The fully stocked kitchen is ideal to meet all your cooking, indoor & outdoor entertaining needs. The spacious family room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and fireplace make for easy gatherings. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar for dining and entertaining and a deck with grill area off the dining room to enjoy the catch of the day! The luxurious master bedroom with en suite bath provides a walk-in shower, and sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool. A generous guest bedroom with queen bed offers all the amenities needed, along with a view of the pool. Additional guest room sleeps 3 with 2 bunks & 1 trundle bed. All 3 twin beds offer exceptional mattresses and are suitable for an adult.

First Day Luxury Bath Amenities and First Day Kitchen & Coffee Amenities are provided. High-end bedding and bath towels ensure a luxurious getaway. Washer & Dryer are provided for guests use. Cleaning Supplies, Kitchen Supplies & Laundry Supplies are provided for guests use.

Beach Bungalow 30a has a gas powered, street legal 4 Seat Golf Cart with a Full Tank of Gas for Rent! You are welcome to use the Golf Cart throughout your stay to go anywhere along 30a only.
